Booking Policy

For secure your booking, a deposit is required within 2 days of accepting a booking request. Information regarding the deposit payment will be emailed to you within 24 hours of accepting the booking request. All deposit payment are non-refundable.

If the party is within 14 days of the booking request being accepted, the deposit is due within 24 hours.

If the deposit is not received within the allocated time listed in the email, your hold on the date and time will be released without further notice.

All deposit is request be paid via bank transfer. Payment details will be provided via email which will be sent to you within 24 hours of accepting the booking request.

Please read our terms and condition before paying the deposit. The payment of the deposit is considered as acceptance by you of the terms and conditions contained herein.
Change of Date & Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Change of Date / Cancellation made with 7 days or less notice: There will be a 50% deposit deduction as administration fee. For cancellation, the remaining amount of the deposit will be credited to use within 24 months of your original booking date.

Change of Date / Cancellation made less than 3 days from the event date: There will be a 100% deposit deduction as administration fee. No deposit will be credited.

Please be sure to read our terms and conditions outlined. Please provide 7 days+ notice if you are postponing the event or changing the event venue to avoid deposit deductions.
Additional Fee

Parking fees may apply to certain bookings where no free parking is available for our artist. We ask that you notify Kolala Face Painting if any additional parking costs are going to be incurred prior to your event so we can invoice you for this additional parking fee. Kolala Face Painting reserves the right to invoice you for this fee after your booking if we were not made aware of this prior to the day or if no nearby free parking was available to our artist on the day of the event.

Travel fees apply to certain locations and you will be notified of any additional fees upon booking, before the deposit due date.
Prohibited Conduct Policy

Kolala Face Painting does not tolerate any type of workplace violence committed by or against our workers. For the purposes of this policy, our workplace extends to the premises at which we are providing service as we are a mobile business and includes any and all communications such as phone calls, emails and text messages. Examples of such behaviour include, but are not limited to, being verbally abusive or making any kind of threat, swearing or speaking disrespectfully, displaying aggressive or hostile behaviour that creates a reasonable fear of injury to another person or subjects another individual to emotional distress, intentionally damaging property or personal items, committing acts motivated by, or related to, sexual harassment, causing any type of physical injury to another person.

Kolala Face Painting reserves the right to refuse service and enforce our terms and conditions to any person that has breached our Prohibited Conduct Policy. Examples of this include, but are not limited to, refusing to speak with any persons over the phone or refusing to provide our services at any party or event.
Outdoor Events Policy

You will need to notify Kolala Face Painting if your event will be held outdoors. All outdoor events MUST have a backup plan for the same date and time. The alternative event venue will needed to be outlined on your booking form.

If you do not have a backup plan for an outdoor event, we will not be able to accept your booking.

If you have accepted these terms and conditions and the outdoor event is cancelled at anytime, your deposit will not be credited and the full deposit will be forfeited.
Allergic Reaction Policy

Even we pride ourselves only using the professional face paints to ensure our customers safety, there is a slight chance of allergic reaction may occur from person to person circumstances.

Parents of the children being painted accepted full responsibility for any skin irritation or reactions that may occur.
