Do you do party all over Sydney?

Our face painter travel all over Sydney to bring fun and joy to every suburb!
Certain distance outside the Sydney Eastern Suburbs radius will have a travel fee associated to cover the costs of Tolls, Petrol and Travel Time for our face painter. You will be advised at the time of booking if there is any travel fee.

Is face paint okay for sensitive skin?

Yes, face paint is safe for sensitive skin. At Kolala Face Painting, we only using the professional face paints to ensure the safety of you and your love ones. If this is the first time for your children having a face paint, feel free to ask our staff for a 15 mins small testing patch before having it on the face. Your safety is our first priority.

Is there another person to do balloon twisting?

No, all Kolala Face Painting face painters are professionally trained. We can do both face painting & basic balloon twisting.

Does the entertainer come in costumes?

Accepted Answer

No, we only want to bring the highest quality face painting and balloon twisting service for an affordable prices. The cost for maintaining costumes is very expensive and the price of our party service will be more than double to cover the costs. 
Our face painter will wear our company uniform to your event.

Question 5

How much space do you need?

Accepted Answer

We require an undercover space with a table and 2 chairs to set our face painting station up. If you are unable to provide table and chairs, we can bring our own with no extra cost. Just simply let us know when you book to let us have them ready for your event.

Question 6

How to clean up paints on faces?

Accepted Answer

1. Simply remove with soap & water (Body wash may leave colour residue)
2. Some colours will need a little extra attention due to strong pigmentation of paint colours
3. Washing 2-3 times may be required
4. If any slight staining persists, either a little baby/ olive oil or face moisturiser left on for a few minutes then washed off to get rid of any traces.

How to postpone my event?

Accepted Answer

We understand sometime unexpected things happened out of your control. 
For postponing your event within 7 days of your event, we can offer 50% of your deposit to be credited to a new booking with us within 24 months of the original booking. 
For postponing your event within 48 hours of your event, the full deposit will be forfeited.

Do you hold any insurances and certificates?

Accepted Answer

All staff working with Kolala Face Painting have a valid Working with Children's Check, $30m in public liability insurance and COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
