1. Returns

1.1. Items can be returned within 30days of receipt of shipment for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition.

1.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

2.2. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
